Our Team
Co-Heir Crane Services, LLC was founded in the spring of 2025 by Dave May and his wife Katrina after 5 years of prayer-filled planning and consideration. Dave is an old soul who believes in both the value of hardwork and the American Dream. It was Dave's dream to build a crane company that operated with transparency and integrity. The kind of company that our great-grandparents would have operated.

In the winter of 2026, Dave and Katrina welcomed their friends Bobby and Mary Gamble in as partners in this dream. Bobby and Mary are successful business owners that share the values of Co-Heir Crane Services - honesty, integrity and family.

Dave and Bobby met in 2010 when they worked together at a construction company as pipe-layers. In 2012 they made a leap of faith together to move into the crane industry beginning as riggers. Dave and Bobby were mentored by three of the best battle-hardened rigging specialists in the industry. Those mentors taught them expert rigging skills, helped them earn their CDLs, and eventually guided them behind the controls of cranes. The experience was invaluable.
Eventually, Bobby made the move to Amtrak where he operated a 50t crane, loading railroad ties with precision. He and Mary then built a successful business together, where he learned a tremendous amount about operations, teamwork, and running a company the right way.

Dave remained in the crane industry, got his CCO and operated everything from small boom trucks to a 500 ton crane. Lifting everything from HVAC units to massive one-of-a-kind marble sculptures, he learned a tremendous amount about operating safely and efficiently in challenging environments and locations.

After nearly a decade apart, Bobby and Dave reunited, bringing with them decades of combined experience, hard-earned lessons, and an even stronger bond. With Dave and Bobby handling the dirty work and Mary and Katrina supporting behind the scenes, we've created an incredible team. We're excited about what the future holds for Co-Heir Crane Services and excited to work with you!
